Social Advocacy Campaign:
Everyone’s Commute
For this project, the task was to visually interpret a current social issue. The goal was to express the essence of the problem clearly to a general audience. The main challenge was not only to create visually engaging components,but to develop a cohesive visual narrative and campaign concept that effectively communicates the core message.
Everyone’s Commute is a campaign that centers on the everyday commute, a routine experience shared by millions of people. Public transit is often imagined as a neutral space, yet it often becomes a site of harassment and assault. Despite the frequency of these incidents, many go unreported. This campaign’s goal was to bring awareness to this issue by highlighting both the prevalence of harassment and the silence surrounding it.
